The hosts

We are Uwe and Martina and live almost 3 years on Margarita Island. Our home town is Erfurt in Thüringen. After our first travelling experience to Thailand, We knew that we would not be getting old in Germany.

This decision confirmed itself to us in the following years.

We sold all property and goods in 2005 to find a new way of life on the Isla Margaita!. We arrived with dog and suitcases have remained here ever since. Here we have received a warm welcome, have found many friends and are very happy.

In the past years we have finally built "Villa Cocuyo" also comfortable studios and apartments.

We invite you to join us in this wonderful country in the Caribbean.
